Week 1.2 Course Flow

This course is structured around two kinds of activities:

Tutorials: provide you with the basic technical skills needed to use QGIS 

Labs: Labs provide you with an opportunity to apply these skills to historical examples. This will showcase some of the common challenges you will encounter when using GIS as part of your research. They will also help check that you've learned the skills from the tutorials at a sufficient level to apply them to your own research.
